Installation:

  1. Preparation: Ensure you have all necessary tools and materials, including PVC primer and cement, a saw for cutting pipe, and safety equipment.
  2. Cutting: Measure and cut the PVC pipe to the required length using a saw. Ensure the cuts are clean and square.
  3. Cleaning: Clean the ends of the pipe and the inside of the fitting with a PVC cleaner to remove any dirt or debris.
  4. Priming: Apply PVC primer to the outside of the pipe end and the inside of the fitting. Allow it to dry for a few seconds.
  5. Cementing: Apply PVC cement to the primed areas. Quickly insert the pipe into the fitting and twist slightly to ensure an even distribution of cement.
  6. Setting: Hold the pipe and fitting together for a few seconds to allow the cement to set. Wipe off any excess cement.
  7. Inspection: Check the joint to ensure it is secure and properly aligned. Allow the cement to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before using the system 

Tools Required:

  1. aw: To cut the PVC pipe to the required length.
  2. PVC Primer: To clean and prepare the pipe and fitting surfaces.
  3. PVC Cement: To bond the pipe and fitting securely.
  4. Tape Measure: To measure the pipe accurately.
  5. Marker: To mark the cutting points on the pipe.
